The Office of Research and Innovation, Research Computing in the Office of Information Technology, and IT Security Office at Duke are working together to update support practices for the computational and data needs of Duke faculty, staff and students using sensitive data for education and research. Please be patient as we realign support for existing and new projects more broadly across Duke.
Existing PRDN users who need help can view our documentation or request support by emailing email@example.com.
During this transition, new projects can request support using this form.
Current efforts are focused on envisioning a new collaborative service offering to replace the Protected Research Data Network (PRDN) where compliance with security requirements are a shared responsibility between offices supporting regulated/controlled research and the researchers engaged in these activities. As we develop plans for this service, we invite you to provide feedback at firstname.lastname@example.org.
